ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
** Post-holidays order processing update : Our very small team is now back at the studio after some much needed rest! Orders placed over the holidays should all be shipped out by Friday Jan 10th. All orders are processed in Montréal, Canada, within 2-5 business days of being placed.
Orders are then shipped by UPS only (until the end of the Canada Post Worker's Strike), with varying delivery times, depending on shipping method chosen at check out. Please note, we are a very small team, unforeseen delays can occur.

In the very exceptional instance where a refund is granted for a package returned to us, the original cost of shipping plus a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund. This also applies to orders that received free shipping. The restocking fee helps cover the costs our small business incurs when processing returns due to issues beyond our control.
