L'etranger returns

I have loved L'etranger for years, clinging to a sample and rationing it accordingly. To say I was delighted to hear of its return would be an understatement.

The latest iteration is significantly lighter in wear and less gourmand than the aged oil I'm used to. I'm glad it's back, and hope people enjoy it, but due to the ephemeral nature of scent and a change to form, it's a different experience. A light touch of smoke and vanilla, rich in oak, but lacking the warming embrace of sweet fireside bourbon.

Layering with Cocoa Labdanum Body Serum seemed like a good way to deepen the experience, but ended up overpowering the mild nature of the returned L'etranger.
