Secret Garden Flower Medley Tincture | BLUEBERRYJAMS

Flower blends picked throughout the growing season are one of my favourites to make. 

This practice, now personal tradition, began when I would pick up my Community Supported Agriculture basket at a local urban agriculture organization – Santropol Roulant. When the garden beds had to be removed and the CSA basket closed, I continued the blend practice with my own garden, a balcony garden I have been tending since 2010-2011.

Flowers are picked throughout the spring and summer to encourage flowering and with a song sung to the plant in return.

• calming. holy basil, catnip, chamomile, majoram, borage, violet, lemon balm.
• re-centering & grounding. holy basil, borage, violet.
• anxiety. holy basil, lemon balm. chamomile, catnip.
• digestion. chamomile, catnip, lemon balm.
• cold & flu. thyme, violet, lemon balm, catnip, holy basil, marjoram.

Ingredients: Holy Basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum), Horney Pansy (Viola cornuta), Majoram (Origanum majorana), Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), Catnip (Nepeta cataria), Thyme (Thymus vulgaris), Borage (Borago officinalis), & Chamomile (Matricaria recutita)

How some folks take it:This is gentle but powerful versatile blend which can be used in a variety of ways.
For emotional shifts on the vibrational level – take a few drops daily.
For support of chronic issue – take 1/2 dropper up to 2x daily
For acute ailment – take 1/2 dropper to 1 dropper up to 3 x daily
